Chris Stock founded the company in 2004 and has built 'endless perception' into an acknowledged market leader in the world of sales consultancy and training. Having spent over 20 years working for companies such as IBM and Intel, and with companies such as Hewlett Packard, EDS and BP. Chris has huge experience in and knowledge of what companies need to fulfill the potential of both the management and sales force. Enhancing sales performance throughout an organisation is key to his success.

He specialises in sales and sales leadership development and his philosophy is to individually tailor his training to the specific needs of the client in an ever changing business economy. He continues to work and advise companies both within Europe and on the wider international stage and is often invited as a key note speaker at sales conferences.

Chris Stock holds an MBA and Executive Coaching Certificate, and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) focused on sales development. His interest in pushing personal boundaries is reflected in his support for the event rider Rob Hulbert and his event team, sponsored by 'endless perception'.

JOAN ROGERS – DIRECTOR

Joan focuses on the administration policy of the company. She manages the logistics and associate network with regard to training programmes. Joan has spent the major part of her career in the energy and manufacturing industries specialising in both industrial relations and PR.

HARRY KING – COMPANY SECRETARY

As a former director of Unigate, with responsibility for running large manufacturing operations he has great experience at all levels of company management. He brings real knowledge and support to 'endless perception' to help guide and progress the company. He is also a successful writer. 

MICHELE HAUGRUND – OFFICE MANAGER

Michelle manages the day-to-day operations of the company ensuring that all areas of administration are kept running in a professional and efficient way. Her huge experience in office management has allowed 'endless perception' to grow, and she is always on hand to help and assist our clients.

KATE FINLAY – DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kate has joined the company to ensure that 'endless perception' is recognised as a leader in the field of sales consultancy and training. Kate has a background in PR, publicity and marketing and has also run a property company for nearly twenty years.
